Saturday 13 December

Timings:

We know that with siblings etc this breakdown is not straightforward but please come to the one that suits you and your group best. We understand that not all attendees will always be within the suggested age range.

The Engine Shed, 12B Southview Park, off Marsack Street, Caversham, Reading RG4 5AF

We no longer meet at Katesgrove Children’s Centre.

Free entry and free drinks and refreshments.
Having our own space enables us to have all the trains available at all sessions, including the much loved G gauge or ‘big trains’.
We are up a short flight of stairs and have a Stannah stair lift in place; please contact us about your access requirements.

As always grandparents, siblings etc welcome – please attend the session which best suits. We look forward to showing you around!

NO NEED TO BOOK, JUST TURN UP. There is some parking outside the door and two hour free parking in the neighbouring streets.

Ramble and Rail

We are excited to share our ‘Ramble and Rail’ group for young autistic adults aged 18 to 25 years old. The group will provide opportunities to get out and enjoy the countryside, taking guided walks reached by rail in the surrounding areas of Oxfordshire, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire. Please message us at mail@theengineshed.org.uk to be informed about forthcoming sessions.

If you would like to know more, require clarifications or just want to check sessions are on before you travel, please contact the Coordinator Sarah at mail@theengineshed.org.uk. There are also updates on our Facebook page, and you can follow us on twitter too.
